Details
Fuoco Crispy Chilli Oil - Website - Instagram
Is a business Jackson built from the ground up, combining his love for food with his background in advertising and graphic design. After countless trials, refining both the recipe and the branding, Fuoco was born—a fusion of vintage Italian charm and a sleek modern aesthetic, capturing the essence of a product that’s both timeless and contemporary.
What began as a side project during late nights, weekends, and the occasional WFH day (sorry, work) has now grown into a fully functioning business. With our own manufacturer, over 50 stockists across Australia, and an engaged social media following, Fuoco has become more than Jackson ever imagined. Seeing the joy the product brings when people cook some of the best meals of their lives is a reminder that this journey is far from over.
At Tate Creative Studio, we created the logo and brand guidelines, developed the strategic positioning, built the eCommerce store, and even handled sales to help grow the brand.

Fuoco & Salumerie collaboration films
In collaboration with Fuoco and Salumerie, we launched their Fuoco Spicy Mortadella Focaccia sandwich and announced the Salumerie pop-up with a series of captivating films. Embracing the Italian heritage at the core of both brands, we explored a traditional 80s TV ad style to emphasise this heritage.
The films were shot, edited, and graded to look vintage, creating a striking contrast to the typical iPhone camera footage prevalent on social media. This nostalgic approach resonated with viewers, earning the videos over 60k views.
